TEAMS CHECK-IN
Check-in will take place between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. at Hotel Ponte de Sor, in Ponte de Sor, on November 7th, 2025.
If you expect to arrive outside the specified hours, please notify the organizers immediately.

FLIGHTPACK TRACKER
All teams must have the Ultramagic FlightPack application installed on their mobile phone and/or tablet. This application is mandatory for all free flights during FIBAQ 2024 for all teams.
How to install the FlightPack application:
Access the Play Store (for Android) or the App Store (for iOS).
Search for the “Ultramagic Balloon FlightPack” application and install it on your mobile phone and/or tablet.
After installation, enter **team** (your team number) in the Flight Code field and **fibaq24** in the Team Code field – both fields must be filled in lowercase letters.
With this application, it will be easier to locate all teams during their flight and landing, allowing the organization to assist with rescue or alert you if you are flying toward a landing area that is difficult.
Nevertheless, in case of need, they must ALWAYS contact the organization.

PASSENGERS
During the week of the event, the organisation donated flight vouchers to the Volunteer Fire Brigades of the towns participating in the event, so that they can raise funds and buy the equipment they need to fight fires or provide medical assistance to the population.
All passengers during FIBAQ 2025 are either guests of the event sponsors, journalists, or individuals who have made a donation to the Volunteer Firefighters of the participating localities.
ALL PASSENGERS MUST BE PICKED UP NEAR THE ORGANIZATION IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE PILOTS’ BRIEFING (BEFORE PREPARING THEIR BALLOON).
All passengers must be in possession of a wristband corresponding to the day of the flight and the time. All pilots must ensure that their passengers have the same wristband.
On the solidarity wristbands, the flights are labelled as follows:
Morning flight: “Do you want me to take you to the sky in the morning?” or “Do you want me to take you to the sky?”
Afternoon flight: “Do you want me to take you to the sky in the afternoon?” or “Do you want me to take you to the sky?”

The organization will offer all teams €20 for each passenger transported during the FIBAQ week (starting from the 2nd passenger per flight).
The amount will be given to the teams provided they attend the Closing Dinner of the event on November 13th, 2025.

Special Activity – FIBAQ Multicultural Day: Celebrate Your Country!
FIBAQ is more than a festival — it’s an international family that reunites every year. In 2025, we are launching FIBAQ Multicultural Day, a celebration of the cultures that make up this event. 🎉
Each nationality will have a day dedicated to their country, where they can share something that represents them: food, drinks, attire, dance, music, or traditions.
Instructions:
Presentations must not interfere with the official event schedule.
You can count on logistical support from the organization.
Each country has its own WhatsApp group for coordination.
🏆 During the closing dinner, there will be a vote among the teams for the best national representation!

RAMON MIGUEL PRIZE
Ramon Miguel was with us from the first edition until he passed away. And over the years he honoured us with his presence, which became an important reference in the event due to his free spirit, mutual help, friendship and camaraderie that characterises FIBAQ so much.
That’s why, every year, we make a point of remembering him with a very special award.
At the closing dinner, all the teams vote for the one they think was the team or person at the event with the Ramon Miguel spirit.
The team or individual at the event that is considered by the majority of teams to have shown the greatest spirit of cooperation, friendship, and good cheer will be the winner of the Ramon Miguel 2025 Award.
